Hi Gang,
I don't own but am curious as to the percentage of stock owned that was sold.

Is it the MD or CEO selling? No other directors or across the board?
The earning of income is the name of the game no matter what field we are in so you can't blame anyone for selling some shares to make a quid. It would be worrisome if it was across all the directors and large parcels were sold.
Having said that you would expect that he would know that there would some serious frowning if he waited, made a big announcement and then sold.
I would appreciate it if someone can answer my first question.
