I think Klaus should publicly apologise and explain to shareholders for not including an explanatory note to be made public with his share sales notification or tender his resignation.

The share price took a 20% hit. Blind Freddy should have been able to anticipate that any explanatory statement he was considerate enough to make (or rather not so inconsiderate as to not make) could have mitigated the potential damage of a director selling shares into a declining market.
