It might be sinister it might not be.

Let me attach another company where multiple directors were selling - the sp is currently at 10 dollars plus but back in February 2017 it was at 2 plus dollars. It was a company called A2M. Of course there are examples of actual selling with bad news forecast in the future. However the point I’m making it is truly a flip of the coin and director selling isn’t by default due to bad prognosis for the company. In the current environment of shareholder activism it would be foolish for a director to sell as there would be legal challenges to the company and the director involved will be hauled to asic and also sued by investors.
So the reality is to seize an opportunity to buy as this consolidated. My suspicion is the vwap is being lowered to enable a jv to occur and strategic investment to the tune of 40-50 million dollars as mentioned by Nigel. The orice imo will be known and the sp will then be pumped before the jv investor is announced with a premiumto the vwap but discount to close. Say this end up at 18 c and a strategic investor buys in at 15 c . My advise is to utilise some good ta people who are conservative in approach with buying on confirmation.

None of those reasons mentioned justify the destruction of shareholder wealth to this scale. 340m traded today, big big money has been lost. Much better investing opportunities out there. Good luck to all.
