Absolutely correct and in fact its a two way street-
You as shareholders can sell shares why cant the director? They only work for u. I get shares in the company i work for, and the shares are escrowed for a year but after then its my decision what i want to do with my shares. Who gives what other people think, it doesnt mean i have to keep holding those shares and loyal to the company i can sell if i wanted to buy a house or a boat or a trip to europe its non of anyones business.
As for the poorly worded email-it its true its just sad and action needs to be taken swiftly
