    Imo he sells the rest , Hard to recover any respect ( deserved or Not) in the eyes of shareholders ... so it's a Departure of sorts , 1st of shares but in reality of passion for the Co more than likely .... to each his own , but a Tap on the shoulder is a NOW thing , so everyone can move on rather than have "what Happened " as the precursor in every thing from here on in ... imho
