How do you work that out?
Exercises the options.
Sells some to pay for increase in his own holdings.
He didn't sell them to increase his holdings in BHP.
It was simply to take advantage of the price and increase his stake at the same time.
Prior Shareholdings: 913,950
After : 1,650,000
Should be in the Top 20's now.
12 months time when the price is alot higher he only pays tax on 50% if he sells.
Good luck to him.
I topped up during the dip.
Might even top up a bit more before the results.
Hopefully in 4 weeks time this will all be water under the bridge as AGS continues its merry climb.
