I thought the ASX had rules about director trading their companies shares on or around the time of announcements.
Certainally looks bad, but they were sold on 4th, presumably before lab. results finalised.
As Tas. says a lose/ lose situation. & certainally makes the whole board look like cowboys.
Now for the results ???..... looking less likely to be good.
