As I have already said there are rules for DIRECTORS or companies which ( supposedly ) prevent them from buying or selling their company shares around the time of announcements.

Directors DO have sensitive information not known to ordinary shareholders or traders, surrounding pending announcements & the fact that he has 10 million options & only sold 3 million is not the point.

This is at the time the company had recently announced potential Ni discovery, the drill core samples are at the lab, with their results not yet announced, but due out any time.

All "the rest of us " can read into it atm is that he sold now because he expects the price to be lower later.
