re: baby with the bath water... Trade4P = I was sitting with an order just below those 3 million orders and there were a few of them... from what I saw they were set just above previous trading (1.5) at 1.8.
I thought at the time that they were being matched as they were snapped up before anyone had a chance to get them and let's face it - to most daytraders a 3 million sell would reduce their interest in a stock... yet these were sought as soon as they came on sell depth...
