on the other hand if I thought they were overvalued I would've sold more than a paltry 40k worth. Who knows what the motivation was but if I thought they'd reached ridiculous prices I wouldn't be holding 5 million.
To be honest I'm surprised any director activity (buy or sell) is occurring as the directors are obviously privy to extra info that has not yet been disclosed.
I'm not reading much into it , but that's just my opinion.
