I too thought this was interesting. However, looking at Mr Choi's complete shareholding I do not think it is substantial enough to get worried. After all, we don't know his personal circumstances.
What it does do is allow a little more liquidity (unless another substantial shareholder bought the whole parcel of shares from Mr Choi)...
