You are right in saying that nobody likes to see a director selling.

You are wrong however when you refer to it in certainty that it is a negative.

Directors have limited opportunity to sell for various reasons. He went to the US with a job to do this year and he did it. His job has rewarded shareholders with a good, tangible growth plan for next year and the share price has responded appropriately.

So would you prefer him to sell when he did not accomplish his mission? - then that would certainly be a negative and worth one of your pathetic downramps.

But he didn't - he had the decency to deliver what he said he would deliver, then sell what he needed to sell for whatever personal reasons he has.

Nobody likes a director selling as you have pointed out, but the nature by which he has sold again gives me great confidence as tot eh credibility of this mgt.
