Then again, you've got to look at the quantity which was sold - the total was only like 20K worth of stock... Hardly anything... Perhaps he is hedging his bet a little...

The reason why I say this is that most likely he would have had the option to buy additional shares like everyone else did at 1.5c. So by selling his stock at 2.6~ and acquiring new stock at 1.5 he is hedging his investment. Either way you've got to look at the quantity, it's only 20K out of the $1 mil that gets traded daily, it's not 100K like some other directors sell off in other companies before announcements. It doesn't look like he holds that much anyway, it was like 1/3rd of his holdings or something.
