Mr Luxford’s expertise is principally in project development (including commissioning and ramp-up) and operational effectiveness for mine and processing performance improvement.

It needs some special skills to run a mine effectively and most importantly, profitable. It is a complete different game play from drilling a few holes during exploration phase.
