    Haley BV has sold 2,000,000 shares in ENG

    see company announcements!!!

    Mr Nigel Bramwell , former director (retired in may 2006), who has a "non controlling" interest in Haley BV

    according to the annual report, Mr Bramwell has an indirect holding of about 37m shares via Haley BV (and a personal holding of 40,000 shares)


    If this company had such good prospects, then why the hell would you sell 2m shares on the market????
