Director Selling?

I wonder if anyone is thinking, like me, that the Thai directors leaving the company may be trying to sell their holdings as they exit the board?

Financials are not off to a strong start by any means, despite know headwinds in first quarter from management change, though is the big break down selling by the directors? Can a director resign and sell on the same day?

Have to admit the 'trust us the second half will be a lot better' is a red flag, even with the expected seasonality. However, it is still cheap despite this year's 'underlying' (meaning results excluding the non-recurring management payment in FY17) earnings likely going backwards due to lower win rate and changeover at Star Vegas.
