The move to mass market was a smart strategy, and looking at the volumes there it is doing significant amounts to stop the fluctuation from high rollers.
High rollers are great and all, but the reality is that if you rely upon them entirely, the junket operators have too much power. But ... the reality is that there will be a hundred new operators to replace any one that isn't performing.
