At the AGM held in Melbourne in November, which I attended, the Chairman reported that the CEO would be selling up to 5 million shares to satisfy a tax obligation.
Then a month later a notice 3Y was lodged confirming the sale of the shares mentioned by the Chairman.
This was well flagged.
The sale of these shares is not responsible for the recent SP retreat. IMHO
