I endeavour to find a reason for which OEL is heavily discounted. Spot on about the lack of credibility - doesn't it have something to do with Jaap Poll on the Board of Directors? I think I heard that every O&G company he has been involved with has failed. Can anyone corroborate this information or provide some facts in a bid to clarify?
