I have no great objection to a director selling shres in his own company provided there is a window in terms of publicly available info.
What does not impress is when a director, of substantial net worth and with no obvious reason-(based on my preliminary enquiries),does so during a "roadshow".
That sucks!!!
Whilst I remain a big fan of STU's assets it has turned from an investment to a trade. But hey, I have been wrong before-sold out of HDR too soon!
