AFU, you say "im sure he hung on as long as he could".
How is this so? Do you know this personally as a fact?? or are you just hoping??
I agree that people have issues in life where they do need extra money in a hurry, however Directors are paid large pay packets and it is quite logical to assume that if all is looking positive for the company they are involved with, wouldn't it be alot wiser to borrow money from a bank at record low levels etc, than sell prior to an upgrade in sp?
IMO anyone that doesn't take all facts on board is a fool.
Bnb directors also sold shares with the family illness excuse and look what happened there!not to mention in Nov & Dec the same thing happened with this company
