The ASX release, made by a director himself, clearly indicates the sale was on hardship grounds. According to Link's Board approved Share Trading Policy, full board approval would have been required following full disclosure of the special circumstances.

So its all one big conspiracy which exposes all board directors to legal action?

All of the other Board members leave themselves exposed to save Mr Dark some money?

Sometimes things are what they are and as Weldad indicated should be left alone.

Linc Share Trading Policy

Trading Windows or Black-outs
All Directors, Officers and Employees covered by this policy SHALL NOT trade in Company Securities during the following periods:

In the 30 day period preceding the announcement of the Company’s results for the full financial year or half-year financial results.

At any other time where a Director, Officer, Senior Manager or Employee involved in commercially sensitive
negotiations is aware that the Company is in confidential negotiations, or other special circumstances are in existence, which have not been announced to the market and where those negotiations or circumstances are likely to have a material impact on the value of the Company’s securities were the information available to the market.

Notification
All Directors, Officers and Employees covered by this policy shall notify the Managing Director or the Company
Secretary of any intention to trade in the Company’s securities and subsequently notify them once any trading
has occurred immediately following the transaction.

Special Circumstances (hardship)
This policy is to apply under all circumstances unless full disclosure of any special circumstances is made to
the Board of Directors, and the Board taking all matters into consideration, gives special permission for trading
to occur.
