I dont know the man if someone in his family needs a $300,000 op or whatever then so be it. like I said any director selling or buying alerts me I am a fundamental trader and try a learn from past experiences I havent forgotten the time a director in another company had to sell a large stake to purchase a home the week before a j.v deal was done giving up 85% of the co and smashing the sp by 80% in oneday and never recovered.we are also roughly at the same sp directors last sold prior to the delays in negotiations and we all know what happened to the sp then.I personally havent sold am only saying becareful based on my own experiences read into that what you will.
