Not that it's a lot of shares, but why would the director sell down? To introduce a bit of weakness or doubt? or because there is some weakness or doubt?
Directors selling pissses me off big time

Thats what John Barr wrote to me yesterday. And further more:
"Penfold is confident that they can deliver a package that suits Thor. I have given them only until 15 March, and already we have a group here in Perth undertaking Due Diligence. By using Penfold the executive team can continue to focus on the pre construction work that needs to be completed before construction can start...Time will tell if we can get the A$45 million financing done in a short time frame. I do have other alternatives still, but the Board thought it best to focus on one group at this stage. The financing is based on the DFS..It is not dependent on any further drilling at Molyhil. That drilling will be hopefully increase the mining reserve and thus increase the mine life of the project.
The answer to your question about the U is very difficult. Basically we are very hopeful, but at this stage there is no resource at any of the U tenements..(and) we need to do exploration. We have a budget of $3 million for 2007. If we can define a resource then I feel the stock will go up several fold, however we need to do the work to get the answers.
"All that said, I feel we are in an excellent position to deliver value to shareholders in 2007."
