With JEB Holdings being the trustee of the Edwards Family Superannuation Fund, which is a SMSF (simple abn lookup search), wouldn't the off-market transfer of shares be JEB Holdings Pty Ltd paying superannuation into the SMSF?
I don't think so. In that case the net result change of shares held by Edwards or beneficiaries of would have been zero, however the Appendix B clearly states Edwards now has 1.5mill less shares than he used to.
With JEB Holdings being the trustee of the Edwards Family...
