seen this played out many times before the brokers been instructed to not push the price up but absurb all the sellers that sell down - that way the protential buyer doesn't have to offer more then nescessary unfortunite for the buyer theres 2 of them so they need have large bids on the mark before the other bidder can back it up and get the next lot - as anything under 50c is a bargain
