Yes, he cleaned up on that one...lol (he can buy a playstation 3 for his kids and a few games to go with it).
Interestingly, the directors all made on mkt. share purchases during November and December when the sp was sub $0.20 (cheap by any means), albeit small ones.
O’Meara had a buy order for 50k shares sitting in the mkt. @$0.17, which got taken out a couple of weeks ago and which he has now flicked on for a $5k profit.
As in the consulting business one of the first things you test is materiality and this fails that test conclusively.
