Reiner - I've never really gone into the details of this kind of thing. Is the whole document pretty much based on a template which most companies use? I guessed it probably is and then additional restrictions added by ABU.

Vendor - I can't see any clause b or c following or related to the quote.

Obviously Directors can get authorisation from the rest of the board to trade, but in the current circumstance, I think there is a lot of market sensitive information available, for example

- Trial mine results
- Local and regional initial exploration
- Probably some drilling and assay results from additional reserves
- Sales or joint ventures in the offing
- Exploration by IGO
- Costings for capex and production

I can't imagine anyone on the board permitting trading in shares at the moment with that kind of knowledge available internally.

It would be nice to see some major buys by directors, but I can't see it happening until most of the information mentioned above is made public.
