So, at 16.5 cents, this placement, if confirmed by shareholders, gives JW a paper profit of $531,125.
Or, a 100% return in around a month.
Not bad work if you can get it.
So it seems that HALF of the private capital raising was done to directors.
I knew the directors were part of this capital raising. But it turns out "the chaps with the money" were the very same directors, to the tune of 50%!
I get the same horrible feeling I had earlier this year, that I got in relation to another company, with great assets...
I suggest ALL holders vote NO, and demand a similar deal for themselves. This is WRONG.
