I said it before - this is a shocking lack of corporate governance. I sold my shares because of it. It is plain wrong. I am sure the other parties who got shares unconditionally at 8c in the first tranche will approve the director placements and it will go through - does not make it right.

They still need to raise more capital - hence the approval for up to 50m more shares.

Good assets, good mine development, but this has left a very bad taste for me.

Shares will fall because of the overhang/dilution to come anyway.

As I said, I have no shares, but if I did I would be voting against the placement to directors.
