    may I suggest it would be more prudent to call the director to discuss & not scramble to the media or ASIC.
    I am still confident BTV is in a strong position in a weak market, however I just want feedback that this cash will either be put to great use or alternatively returned.
    That was our original concern & maybe go down this road first.
