    According to the accounts the Stephen Thomas took home $189k in salary and cash bonus last year. That is a fraction of what the majority of MD's earn, so why cant the guy sell a few shares to cash in on the company's recent success?

    I'd much rather that than him getting an excessive cash salary not linked to the company's performance/share price.

    I doubt many long term holders would be too fussed.
