I don't think they"ll have any black out policy, as if they did then surely the few days before they release their EOY financials would be blacked out.
In this market, with so many with finances stretched, I try not to read too much into directors selling, esp when less than 10% of a holding.
Would you want over $6mm in one basket?
Anyway it only takes the scent of a cat to chase the momentum pigeons away - moments like that show just how confident (or not) the buying is.
