Director sold and brought but who selling

The director the other day sold same amount of shares as he converted options and pocketed 1/2 mill less his costs i.e buy and sell fees so he made some money but not really a lot considering the number of shares they hold

My point is who is selling after a reasonably good announcement today
This is a good announcement and looks good for the future the other point directors are locked in and not able to sell at low prices when you have good announcements with out a really good reason

mho is over the next few months we will be in a good position on the share price subject to gas prices and Alcoa buying the gas
i'm not selling
