Suhm, I agree with the unknown about maintenance and other ongoing costs. However managment being in the tree growing game for some time should have a very accurate estimate of these costs. This is very much a speculative buy, then again most companies at this level are.
If all goes according to plan though then it should be trading at a higher PE in about 2 years, which is multipals of the current SP. Worth a small punt.
