Since the profit forecasts announced it would appear that everything I read on this forum is negative. I assumed that the business model would have been relatively simple and profits over the next couple of years (once bedded down) easily identifiable. This isn't a mining company that has to worry about their key commodity rising or falling by 30% a year.
Wouldn't upfront costs cover the cost of land acquisitions?
I think the assumption that this is a highly profitable company that will do massive capital raisings each year will be proven false.
Of course if anyone has other companies with a forward pe of 1, in a boom industry with no risk please let me know...
