Just found out that director Steve Shao left EHH at the end of April this year. Why is this not revealed in some form or another to we the shareholders is a mystery to me. Whilst the EHH website is informative and updated regularly, it appears that we as shareholders simply no longer"exist". It now shows that only Ms Yang remains as a director from Australia, and Mr Zhang back in China. This highlights the problems of us still having shares in an Unlisted Public Company, especially one that snubs its nose at any rules and regulations that are supposed to exist under the Australian Corporations Act.
It's looking more likely that I will be asking my tax agent how to write the cost of these shares off against other capital gains!!
