Avexa only has two other directors, Hugh Niall (chairman) and Julian Chick (CEO). Hugh Niall purchased an additional 530,000 shares through the rights issue and Julian Chick 273,000. Even though they got the shares at 53c most punters would still consider this a decent outlay of cash for company directors to invest particularly when the said company is still some time away from having it's lead product approved for market.
