    I won't answer for Greg Searle but it looks as though the questions you're asking are commercial inconfidence and he's probably unlikely to answer those. When he suggested that shareholders could use HC to contact him I think he may have been referring to the upcoming AGM and the goings on which were referred to in yesterdays ann

    The device will be distributed in Australia by Perth-based EFTtel and sold in Dick Smith Electronics retail stores - some stores will have supplies by tomorrow, others by late next week.

    We secured the national and regional distributorship, the second step was to find a few major retailers who would carry it and pull it through the channel, there are also other large retailers who are going to carry it but didn’t have quick enough processes to get it in for Christmas, so their orders will be coming through in the New Year.

    I think that means Dick Smith begin selling tomorrow and some others will stock it next year.
