One of the best investments a director can make is to do his/her job efficiently and effectively. Salary from continued employment will often dwarf gains from direct investments - although i do like to see some direct equity holding before I will commit funds of my own.
On balance, i think directors of BTA (and business as a whole) are rising to the challenge in what are difficult but exciting times for all.
