On 13 July 2009, they "bought" 383,265 shares for Zilch $.
Why pay when you can get it for free?
As of that date, they have 3,015,125 options waiting to be converted free into shares.
BTA shareholders will have to pleasure to endorse the continuing generosity to award more free options at the coming AGM if they voted to adopt the resolution to pass the generous remuneration schemes.
