Not the most intelligent move I have seen. But who knows what his motive was. Perhaps he needed the cash. Derek still holds 95.8% of his holding which has devalued by 75% since he sold this parcel of shares.

The last two Director transactions have been purchases. Given that they have greater access to information, than us mere mortal shareholders, it shows some confidence in the stock. If I was a Director I certainly wouldn't be purchasing any stock if I wasn't confident in its' future value.
Philip Thick has doubled his holding in the last 10 weeks. I wonder what he knows that we don't!
