The former managing director has sulked off following his business partner (& until recently, fellow director) having failed to secure their pre Administration debt on a $ for $ basis. They'll have to go in the pot with all the other poor creditors after all.

New director announced on ASX this afternoon, unfortunately it's a poor choice. Obviuosly hard to attract any real talent to a company with the reputation of MSO.

Still believe that if the work in progress comes off, there will be a cue of people wanting to put themselves forward as a director. So, I guess we make do with what we have & hope the real movers & shakers behind the scene can pull off the company transforming deal.
