Without a shadow of a doubt, your comments would be libellous and the defence of qualified privilege would probably not be available on account of apparent malice.
How is it seriously possible (let alone warranted) for Hot Copperites to accuse NC of being a crook when details of the proposed deal have not even been finalised yet???? (which of course would be admissible evidence as to malice)
I reckon a lot of people on this site needto be a bit more balanced and fair in the commentary....
