First: Any deal with this will need the vote of the shareholders.

Secound: Nobody did say "we only get 30 mio."

Third: You dont know the vaule: "Is it really $30M or is it really $3B. We don't know!!!" But you say, we dont have to "wait and see what the facts may or may not be". Why not? You use the brake because there may be something on the street? You never will drive any meter!

Dont get freaky - we will get the facts and than we can decide - and the fair value of lynas is more than 15-20 AUD per share in 2013 - despite the fact if we did sell for 30 mio or not...
