director's accountable

I for one feel if the directors don't have a rabbit to pull out of their hat that will see the sp up to a reasonable height for oppie conversion, should this time, be held accountable, re their letter to the share holders, taking responsability for the sp sitting where it is, lack of communication!!! not keeping shareholders informed... I would like to see the directors put THEIR money, where their mouth is and take ownership for their mis-management, and on those grounds seek approval to have the option expiry time extended.
