you write some absolute rubbish tcf...you wrote "The directors are accountable. It's the shareholders who have not set standards for the directors. Shareholders have taken the rubbish directors have delivered without flinching. Nobody turns up at their meetings!!".....

..the directors of a company must be accountable for their own actions and standards..the shareholders shouldn't have to police their actions..but can gather and remove them if their standards have ceased to exist.

a gutless post..especially in light of the fact that you bagged other holders who openly bagged directors based on history...now you want to turn on holders and blame them for keeping directors in check..your a joke.
