He sold options while buying shares at the same time.
Strange move in my opinion.
If you have over 10 million shares in the company, and are still buying, you obviously believe in its potential, so why sell options when the SP is close to the ex price with significant time till they expire???
Still obviously has a LOT more options left so he might be still be knocking them off.
