On the face of it it's fair enough but there is alternatives that haven't been discussed. I think the sharetrader forum guys are well intentioned but for the sake of offering shares to three people it seems like overkill to go through the whole process for what will be a negligible amount of capital.

Let's give them a pay rise instead.
