I saw recently 6 Director's have bought up. This is a good sign and indicates to me this has based out and the bottom of the cyclical cycle.
Peter Lynch states in his book that the bottom of the cycle for cyclicals is when the dividend has been removed and PE's are extremely high. STO is a classic case of this example written a long time ago.
Again technically this looks like it's in a classic stage 1 Weinstein base if anyone is a fan of his work.
